Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information on applicable fees before placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Komall is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier for further assistance.
